Our
Company
Bundy
& Company, established in 1989, is the leading firm in western
and central Virginia and central North Carolina specializing
in professional advisory services in business brokerage, mergers,
acquisitions, business valuations, and corporate finance. Since
our beginning, we've been pleased to sell over 150 companies
in our region. To date, our largest transaction was a $77 million
manufacturing company. Bundy & Company specializes in selling
manufacturing, distribution, dealership, and service businesses.
Bundy & Company has five full time advisors with over 40 years
combined business brokerage experience, several professional
designations (M&AMI, CMA, CBI), and a broad business network
across a 3-4 state region.
How We Work
In
addition to Bundy & Company's own web site, we confidentially
market our businesses on a number of other internationally
known web sites. National and local newspapers, trade publications,
and regional publications are used as well. We also utilize
a very sophisticated direct mail approach, with access to over
10 million businesses throughout the country. Our goal is to
find the right buyer for the Seller's business. The staff of
Bundy
& Company is very aware of the seller's concern about confidentiality.
Most sellers do not want their employees, customers, and competitors
to know that their business is for sale.
